Company background

The management of GEO CARS has been managing and operating private hire businesses very successfully since the seventies. We were the first private hire company to use two way communication radios and pagers in Leeds. GEO CARS is a combination of some of the oldest private hire business from Leeds (QUICKLINE, UNITED CARS, HEADINGLEY CARS, MOORSIDE, KNIGHTLINE AND FASTLINE). We are proudly serving community of Leeds and beyond, with the state of art computerized dispatch system with (GPS) Global Positioning System. GEO CARS use computerised job management and distribution system the latest technology available to dispatch vehicles quickly and efficiently. Our system known as Autocab has built in map and navigation. By having the latest technology and offices throughout Leeds our response time is twice as fast as other companies using older systems, it also allows us to give our customers highly accurate arrival time and estimated prices on journeys. We specialise in contract work from private individual accounts to large companies with tailor made packages to suite all.

Service description

Account Account customers are given the highest priority in our computerized dispatch system and when you make a reservation all the information is stored and recorded. Both the customer and the driver sign the docket/receipt at the destination which makes the transaction secure. A detailed invoice is billed monthly to your accounts department including the total number of dockets/receipts used. Our office staff can work with you for any special needs that your company might have, you can contact our office on 01132 559999 about opening a corporate account. We offer free phone lines for large organisation like supermarkets, casinos, hotels etc Delivery Service If you have a package delivery that you need there NOW, we can deliver! We provide 24-Hour Package Delivery, Courier and Messenger Service. To book a car for delivery simply call our head office and inform the dispatcher that you are booking a car for delivery order.
