I boarded this Lulu taxi with plate number UYB789 (Vios) at Glorietta 4 (near Ascott), June 17, 2015 at 10pm. I was with my gf, before boarding, I asked the driver (malaki katawan, bigotlyo) if it's okay I drop my gf at Cembo, then we go back to G4, he agreed. After dropping my gf at Cembo, which took less than 5 seconds, this driver then wanted to restart the meter. I said no! I explained to him I know the law, I even confirmed with ltfrb that I was right. This was when he started to get mad. He drove as if he wanted to bump in to other cars. He said "iba nalang sana sinakay ko". I told him that there was no passengers in the area, and he is lucky that I'll be getting down in a place where there are still passengers even at 10pm. I stayed calm even though he was trying to taunt me, I can see him staring at me in his rear view mirror, he was even trying to find something in the leg room (he probably wanted to tell me "armado ako". Another thing I noticed is he looks "high sa droga". It's obvious with his mannerisms and how he talks. When it was time for me to get down, the meter was at 120.50pesos. I gave 111pesos. For those who aren't aware, 10pesos rollback was implemented.. I was walking towards SM Makati when this driver suddenly stopped in front of me, and asked "bakit kulang binayad mo?!". I told him about the rollback, then he said "wala ng ganon, matagal na". I know again that I was right, I told him we discuss this with traffic enforcers/police in the area. He left when he saw me taking a photo, and talking to a roving guard. The trip took less than 15mins only. I hope mawala na mga abusadong drivers na ito Violations of this driver -his ID wasn't displayed -refusal to honor the 10peso rollback (no sticker about rollback as well) -very rude -instigating a fight with a paying customer -hotline number of operator not visible -did not issue receipt -overcharging -I'm sure this guy was on drugs I would also like to seek a chance to talk to the operator of Lulu
