You should have round the clock service. Flights dont stop at 8pm or wait for you till after 6am

oh yeah, something i forgot.  They put their cab drivers at risk for being arrested due to drug addicts having drugs on them in the cab.

ok you guys.  You have to know the truth about Skylark Taxi.  The truth is that they let go some of their newer cab drivers to make room for Presidential's old drivers, making it really difficult for some of them being out of a job.  Also, they tote around drug addicts and allow drug addicts in their cab.  I even heard of one where they fabricated a story about one of their cab drivers using drugs or they had a problem with that person drinking in the morning or something and let that cab driver go.  I mean, seriously, with the economy like it is, I would just take a bus.  I wonder what people are going to say once the city sees this post.

On encountering Skylark this morning, I must say I was quite shoked and disappointed. We were inquiring about shuttle service to the DFW Airport and was told that we had to make a reservation in order to get on the shuttle. This was not the issue, the issue was the attitude of the customer service representative.
I understand that the shuttle was full, so we inquired about a taxi (which we had taken before for $75.00). I was told that it now cost $185.00 to catch a taxi there. A taxi for one person is $185.00?.
Because the lady was so rude on the phone, I told that she was not being very helpful. I was in the process of asking her when the next shuttle bus ran and she hung up before I could ask her. I called back and asked for her manager. I understand having a bad day, but her attitude was very unprofessional, and so unlike the prior service that I had received from Skylark.
If this is what I have to face in the morning or in emergency situations, I would rather found other services to accommodate me and my family's needs.

Skylark certainly apologizes if you had a bad experience with one of our customer service representatives.  For more than 25 years, Skylark has earned a reputation for providing excellent customer service.  We encourage you to contact our management at 940-322-1352 to resolve this problem.  We have attempted to research your complaint, but have found no record of your call.  We did notice that this post was under the heading of a different, now defunct, company and hope that we are not being confused with a previous competitor.  As DFW Airport is more than 100 miles away, taxi rates between Wichita Falls and DFW Airport have not been as low as $75 USD in more than 18 years, though our regularly scheduled shuttle service offers trips for less than $75.00 USD one way.  Our taxi division and shuttle division operate out of separate call centers.  Again, we apologize and encourage you to contact us at the number listed.

They used to be a good company though now they are hard to find as they were taken over by Skylark Taxi in 2007.  I think the phone number now goes to Skylark.
