Black and White Taxi company has repeatedly shown me poor service. I make appointments ahead of time to go to the hospital for monthly appointments and they are ALWAYS late. One time, they made me wait an hour and thirty minutes for a taxi and their usual pickup time is thirty minutes late. How am I supposed to be on time for appointments, when they are late? They also smoke while in the taxi, are rude, and complain about passengers over the loud speaker. They do not have a meter in the car either. Thank you for making me hate taxis B and W taxi company.
