I had ordered a cab promptly to my house to be there around 9:40-9:45 ish. The taxi did not show up until 9:53 and even when he did show up, he passed my house and continued down the street. As a result, I was late for a MIDTERM and was not able to take it because of this imbecile. My advice to ABC taxi; hire some drivers that actually know how to be somewhere on time and actually know how to drive. I know its pretty hard to actually employ real U.S. citizens and not some lazy illegal immigrants who can barely understand english. And if you think Im being rude by saying so, next time be smarter about who you hire because they represent this poor excuse of a company.

I just called to see the price a taxi would be. The man on the line was very rude, told me that they are the same price everywhere and told me i needed to let him know weather or not i was going to get a cab, that they were very busy at 12 at night on thursday. I would not recomend anyone call this service they are horrible!!
