agreed. i called in advance to have a cab come and they came immediately, obnoxiously honking the horn in my driveway non-stop.

Don't bother scheduling a pickup in advance; the drivers arrive early and start blaring their horns non-stop until you arrive. Whether it's 3pm or 3am doesn't matter. Stamford Taxi will make your neighbors hate you.
