thanks USA TAXI the worst ever! my brother called cause he was over by shippan to get a ride and they said they dont give rides because of the snow ! and its not even snowing i asked my mom why dont taxis work in the snow she said its there job to give people rides! uhuh . bad

I have used Stamford taxi 3 times. Once they were rude and 25 minutes late and he made a $5trip into a $14 trip, second time I had to beg the guy to get out of the car to help with opening hood, stroller,etc. Third time, over 20 minutes late, rude and misogynist in the overcharging/going the long way AND not helping with any door, trunk, etc. (and I DO tip for that). Also, EVERY time the call center were incredibly curt, condescending and rude. Congrats Stamford Taxi you've lost my business and i'm on an expat per diem for cabs!!

I called and ordered a taxi for early morning, the guy said he would get me a taxi, but to call again in the morning. Nobody picked up, no car showed up. Very unprofessiona

I had to post this just to say that I agree with the guy before me. This is a horrible taxi service, and the cars are always dirty. Other than that, the tip thing? I have never tipped as to receive a complaint. Cheap ass.

Could be better. Usually take forever to get there. The taxis (most of them) are dirty and most of the drivers that ive driven with always ask for extra tips they should be a little more repectful. Never hurts to improve in any way or in any sort of buisness.
