I am very disappointed by the business practices of City Express. While in town for a training session, I was extremely unhappy to find out that a Korean colleague was charged double the rate of other transportation services. Initially, she was quoted a more reasonable rate (although still higher than standard rates), but upon reaching her hotel, the driver charged her a much higher rate. Unfortunately, she is quite shy and in a foreign country, so she paid the higher rate :( I apologized for the horrible service she received--what a way to welcome visitors to the United States :( I also helped her schedule a different transportation service for her return trip to the airport.
