this guy should not be in business - i ordered a cab for a early morning pick next day to go to SLC airport.  next morning, 15 mins after scheduled pick up & no word from them, i called; he gave some lame excuse about bad weather. When i asked if this is the kind of service i can expect from his company, he said "get someone else" & hung up on me.  No courtsey call saying they were late & then he hangs up on me. Obviously this dud is a jerk & has no cust service accumen.  Don't use him, you deserve better.
