It use to be that I can call on this company at any time. Since new mgmt or supervision, I have been treated more of a peasant than that of a customer. I can not explain how unfortunate this company is to lose my business. The owner name Scott, literally yelled at me after asking how did the the price fluctuate since the last times of using the same company with the same routes, as I was charged $5.50 more. I told him I had no problem paying, as he begged to differ demanding the driver to throw me out of the car. This took less than 2 minutes for me to get to my home. I hate stated to Scott while still on the phone that I was already home. I have noticed with this particular person prices fluctuate and that others in the company will only charge you what you're used to paying to keep your service. Scott was not customer friendly at all and doesn't see as though he would.
