I used to be a daily customer of this company for 2 years until I called to schedule a car for 7:45 and no one showed up. I called the company to inquire and was informed that they did not have available cars at that time but she would try to get one to me in additional 30 minutes. When I asked about a reduced rate for the inconvenience , my daughter received a tardy slip, I was late for work, I was informed that I could either pay the rate or cancel. I would not recommend this service if you want to get to your destination on time and they have very unprofessional people working. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Stay away from Victory!!!!!!!!!
