I was absolutely appalled at the service of this company. I was hung up on and waited for 40 minutes for a taxi that never showed. I have never ever been so disrespected as a paying customer and will tell everyone I know about the horrendous service of this company. The girl on the phone was so rude and actually hung up on me. I, and no one that I am with, will ever rely on this company for service. As a college student I rely on taxi's to provide me with means of transportation rather than endangering others on the road with my drunk driving. You are a disgrace to every taxi service everywhere.
