Horrible service. The driver of taxi 546 refused to turn on the taximeter and charged us $25 instead of the regular fare of $15. We do not recommend this service at all. Be careful with the guy on 546, he is African American, talks with foreign accent, 5'6" tall and maybe in his 50's.
