I gave my driver, Ms. Ayana, a moderate and not great tip because she didn't know where to go, asked me to put my suitcase in the taxi, filed her nails while driving, and talked on the phone. She cursed about me in Spanish under her breath, and since I understand Spanish, I explained why that was inappropriate. Do not take taxi 183 or give Jefferson Parish Cabs your business
