The worst ever, never on time and today they simply didn't show up and I can't be at the airport on time anymore. They put me on hold for almost 20 minutes "looking for my cab" ad then just hang up.

this is so worst cab company. in my experience they put me on hold for i hour and then they hang up. Cost me US500 change my flight schedule.

Totally agreed with all the bad comment. The worst ever, never on time and today they simply didn't show up and I can't be at the airport on time anymore. Have had spotty service but no longer use as two drivers in a row tried to cheat by taking long (and slower) routes.  Last time I used them from Brickell Ave to Airport, driver tried to take me south, when I tol dhim airport ws the other way he turned around got on I-95 and then told me 112 was faster and shorter.  I live here- its 10 mile sout of the way and I would never had made my flight.  Cabs are clean though

This cab company is full of scumbags..Completely unprofessional..One of their cabs collided with me and a report was filed with the company but they made sure to make the file vanish..Just goes to show the kind of people you're dealing with.

its the worst company to  receive  service  .  ypu  never get on time. i have  a mediacl  emergency they never came.
