This cab company picked me up from the airport, then picked up and dropped 7 other passengers befor I was eventually dropped off. The Dispatchers are very disrespectful and They Lie, I was awaiting for this cab I called them from my phone outside the airport, They said they cam but they did not because I was there 1 hour before and after the second call. The dispatcher claimed they came and say no one. There was a UW game so he had to lie, so they can make money elseware. How does this cam company stay afloat with such crappy service

Bager Cab is very unrealiable, I use them to go to work and in addition to scheduling a pick up, I had to get ready 45mins in advance and they still arrive late. If there is an event in madison don't call bager. Every driver wants to work the downtown area.

This is sooooooooooooo true. My wife called them and was told she will get a cab within an hour. This cab company is a joke. The "shared ride " slogan is worth nothing if your late or they don't arrive at all.Bad service, but its cheap. Drive yellow
