I arrived on Kauai Jan 15, 2009 on the Pride of America crew ship and took a tour with Kauai Taxi Company- We were able to call them in advance and arrange a pick up at the harbor with them which was convient. They had a driver waiting at the port for us when we got there-They were experienced and knowledgeable. My family and I recommend them to whomever is traveling to kauai and needing transportation.

My family and I used KAUAI TAXI COMPANY (808-246-9554) while on our vacation on kauai and I must say, I LOVED it! We decided not to rent a car and to just use their service for the 2 weeks that we were there and they took us everywhere! The drivers were very nice, professional and on time the whole time we were on kauai! They gave us information about the island we would never otherwise have recieved and we recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs to take a taxi on kauai! They made our vacation amazing and we cant wait to see them again next year!

Used service in Sept 08 for trip to airport on Kauai. Driver arrived 20 minutes late, did not help with luggage, and refused to turn off music in taxi when requested. Called company afterwards and was told I should take a different service if I didn't like it.

doesnt sound like this company, i live here and take them to and from the doctors every week and they are always nice and on time! what did you do to that driver?
