went into take a test signed in four employees behind the counter talk to each other for 45 min before they ask anyone if they need help if i did that to a customer i would be fired.

That's nothing compared to some of the unprofessional treatment I have experienced. There are very few individuals who want to work, and it is very obvious that whomever hired them probably had high hopes, but the hopes went out the window when they discovered that since very few people seem to care, it would not hender them getting a pay check. Good luck, and keep you rhead up!
