BELL TRANS: I had booked a return trip from the airport on Sun, and called the night before to make a reservation for a 6AM pickup at my hotel. As advised was waiting outside by 5:50 AM for my pickup. At 6:05 AM, called the reservation to ensure I had not somehow missed the shuttle. I was informed he had 4 other hotel pickups and would be there shortly. A few minutes later a Bell trans vehicle passed the pickup area without stopping. Panicked, I called the reservation desk, and was reassured that was not the shuttle.
I waited, only to be joined by patrons there for the 6:30 AM pickup. Needless to say I was highly annoyed by this time. They also informed me that they had booked reservations online, only to learn their names were not even in the system when they called to confirm.
I called the reservations line again, only to be informed by Alexandra that yes a shuttle on the way, and not to worry, I wouldn't miss my flight. There was no apology or proper explanation of why I had been waiting 40mins for a shuttle. Eventually the 6:30 AM shuttle arrived and the driver was very jovial and polite, stating that this was his first run of the day. I did not miss myflight, but not for lack of trying. I expect that when I make a 6:00 reservation to be picked up within 10-15 mins of that time, barring a natural disaster.
