I was totally relaxed when I got off the plane in Kona. That changed quickly. Despite reserving two days in advance, no car. Called, told it would be a few minutes. Half hour later, still out in the Kona sun, called again. Told it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later, car shows up using 'traffic' excuse. 'thanks for your patience'. Should have just taken Speedishuttle.
