**VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE**
Not reliable at all and a very unsafe driving..Always SPEEDING, and very RUDE. Their meters are broken so therefore they overcharge. I've seen my meter click 7 times in about a minute. When in actuality it was suppsosed to click once every minute of waiting time.
NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
If at anytime You are never able to get a taxi and Ace One is the only available one, Your best bet would be to walk. That you you will actually arrive at your destination in on piece. NEVER EVER call Ace One at night! They have this heavy set Caucasian female driver who never believes in brakes of caution around turns or speed bumbs. i'm surprised she is still employed there, because she is a LIABILITY and an accident waiting to happen.
THERE IS NO SENSE IN MAKING A COMPLAINT TO MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEIR BOSS WILL BRUSH IT OFF AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Ace One is repeatedly quoting pickup times of only 10-20 minutes of wait time. Try over an hour at times. Then they say an insincere "I'm sorry" and speed like a bat out of hell, 45-50 mph in a 30-35 speed zone, to get you to your destination with your life passing before your eyes. I'm never calling them again. Go with Hot Lava Taxi, at least they're good on their word for when they'll pick you up.

Ace Taxi is really expensive and theire service is not friendly. I would not recommend Ace Taxi to anyone hoping to get to a place on time or in decent time. They tell you to wait 10 - 20 minutues but acutally take 30 mins. They over charge. This one Ace Taxi driver (MALE) told us he was an under cover cop and talked very angry. He almost ran over a pedestrian boy riding a bike and he was speeding. Unreliable and bad service.
