Saturday Dec 10th around 8 pm picked up at North Clark and Buckingham corner and dropped off at Michigan/Huron on the corner by the Omni Hotel. I left my BlackBerry Storm in the cab. The cab had signs on the windows : "please remember all your belongings" I was with 3 girls and he threatened to kick us out because one of them took off his air freshener hanging in the backseat. Please email me at cdmiller35@gmail.com when found.

Taxi number 2005 is a complete uncouth rascal. He was playing loud music and when told to stop started swearing. I cannot believe this pathetic company is still in business

Taxi driver did not have a picture ID on the back of his head rest. The driver did not have any change for a twenty, so he took my card. Unbeknown to me, he charged my card and then gave me another card that looked just like mine. He then tried to go to Jewel and charge 159.00 to my account. I will never use them again. They have some crooks working for them

While in Chicago, I used this cab service. The driver, Fatima, was very gracious and helpful. Thank you.

Charged twice on my statement. Driver was rude and acted like I had no right to pay with a card unless I informed him about it when I got in the cab. Never using these guys again.

Bad experience. When I tried to pay with a card, he looked all annoyed and asked if I had cash. I didn't, so he took my card and ran it and said it wasn't going through. He was on his phone when I said I really had to go because my bus was leaving. He finally gave me my card back, and now that I look at my statement, I was charged on my card twice.

This afternoon, one of your drivers clipped my jeep on purpose on Lake Shore Drive and my jeep flipped and landed on it's side.I was lucky i was wearing my seat belt which prevented me from getting insured except for a few cuts on my leg and being sore all over. What kind of company are you people running but this is not the last you'll hear from me I promise you that.

Cab #5472 at 3:30 p.m. near O'Hare Airport almost hit me on Mannheim Road. He forced me to slam on my breaks and change lanes, then he forced two other cars to get out of HIS way. He zig zagged making a lot of cars swerve or get hit. What an a**hole. I take cabs often but will NEVER use this company. After reading the other comments on this site, I'm surprised that the company is still licensed. The driver of this cab should be put in prison for his behavior...but then again, that's probably where the company found him!
