Shafiq in with Flash Taxi 2360 is the most amazing taxi driver anywhere!!! I left my wallet in the cab and he tracked me down, made sure I was the proper owner and returned it to me - refusing any cash in return. My faith in humaity is restored!

Asked dispatcher in advance whether the driver would accept a credit card as I had no cash on me and was not able to go to an ATM since I was very sick (driver was to take me to my doctor's office). When we got to destination, driver unsuccessfully attempted to swipe my credit card and yelled at me, saying I didn't have any money (I had enough to pay for the ride 100 times over). Driver became violently enraged--I thought he was going to strike me. He refused to give me my card back and drove around and around, trying to spot a convenience store with an ATM in it. I, feeling very unwell, was worried and afraid I would arrive too late at the clinic to see my doctor. We finally found an ATM and I proceeded to withdraw cash, which I gave the driver. He grabbed the money, gave me my change only when I insisted on it, and yelled at me to shut my mouth up when I said, "Your machine was at fault. You see I had enough money to pay you." He then drove off and left me to walk four whole blocks to my doctor's office. I called the company to complain, and they never even responded. Use this company at your own financial and physical risk.

Concur with previous person, This is a horrible company not only are they not on time, will refuse to place order after making arrangements as well as playing phone games with people Had to report this compay to city

Horrible company.  We pre-scheduled a pickup for 8 pm on a Saturday at 4 that afternoon, wound up waiting over 2 hours, getting repeated phone calls from their dispatcher asking if we were still interested, and no cab ever showed up!  Avoid this company at all costs.
