Hello American united taxi, I have a complain on American United Taxi Driver on Saturday 29th of june 4 o clock in evening i Hired a American United taxi with taxi number 1454 or 1464 from Chigago airport to American Extented Stay America 1200 . He charged from me twice once i gave my credit card to pay 57$ taxi driver swiped my card and said credit card machine is not working . So i paid him a cash of 57$ ,Just afer a minute i notice that he charged me twice before i call him taxi driver left in hurry. Taxi Driver name is KHATTABI I need my money back even the hotel managment and my company managers are witness of this incident.. . We are here in America for 2 month with 30 member of team on a bussines strip and now we are afraid to hire American united Taxis because of this fraud' Could you please look in to this issue and refund my 57$ which your company cab driver taken from me by fraud. I lost my bag in the taxi on DEC.23 from 10:00pm to 10:20pm at Michigan Avenue to 439 north wells. It is brown bag, i have wallet , passport, city pass ticket,student ID,ect.in the bag. Driving to work near O'Hare on 10/21 morning around 7:42AM.  This American United taxi number 5768 was going to O'Hare with passengers too.  I was on the right side of this taxi and it kept crossing the lines and riding on my lane.  What the XXXX was going on?  Was the taxi out of alignment?  Fix it, American United!!  You have either unsafe equipment on the road or unsafe driver endangering other cars on the road.
