The service with this taxi company is the worst! I accidentally left a carry on bag on the backseat of King Cab #2255. When I confronted the driver about the missing bag, he claims he does not check his cab when people depart, so he never saw my bag. He told me (with smugness) that it was not his problem and there was nothing he could do. When I approached others in the company , such as the dispatcher, about having my bag returned to me, I was told that the cab drivers ALWAYS check their cabs when a fare departs. Yet no one was willing to assist me and I was given the run around. DO NOT ride in this cab!!
