THIS IS AMAZING I KNOW THAT THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY ARE ROLLING OVER IN THEIR GRAVES IT STARTS WITH THE DISPATCHER LIKE A MOTHER AND A CHILD AND THOSE WHO DO NOT LISTEN OR KEEP A CLEAN CAR SHOULD BE GROUNDED POINT BLANK PERIOD THEY NEED A STERN PERSON BEHIND THE MIKE WHO DOES NOT PLAY AND THEN THEY WILL GET THE TREU MEANING OF A PROFESSIONAL RAN COMPANY @ LEAST GREGG TRIED MAY HE RIP

very UNPROFESSIONAL. car smelled of marijuana and liquor. driver stayed on phone where he proceeded to use foul language and strong sexual references. would not reccomend satan to this company.

They r the worse, 1st theyie n say right away an take a half hour, then the driver stayed on the phn stopped whn it wasn't necessay. They need to close tht whole station down

cold springs are liars and thieves. do not trust these guys they took friend to my house and when she arrived she said he took her took wooded area and asked if he could hit it from behind for 30 bucks. then he said the fare was 2x a much a it should be. so i gave him a 20 and he was calling the cops to dispute fare ....i said fine and he said once police came i would get my ten back. he sat for a minute then drove off with my money and stole from me.so i would hate to think what he would have done with young kids who couldnt protect themselves
