Worst cab company I've ever had to deal with. Honestly, if you can avoid using this company, I recommend you do it. The drivers are completely rude and the dispatcher has nothing useful to provide. DO. NOT. USE. CITY. CAB. OF. BOSTON.

For some reason, I started using top cab/city cab when I moved to Boston, despite being unhappy with their service. Since then, I have used them multiple times, until today. Never have I been treated as rudely as I was by two operators, even after I spoke to the "manager" of this "service." Worst cab company in the city, I'd rather walk in a blizzard than use them again.

The operator of City Cab in Boston was rude and condescending. I called late at night for a cab and gave directions, but since my info was not specific enough, the late night operator gave me a sarcastic remark and hung up. As someone from out of state, as well as someone who does not drive in Boston, I expect more patience and understanding from the operators. I have never received such awful service from another company, and I will be sure to avoid City Cab in the future.
