The dispatcher was extremely rude and actually accused me of not telling the truth when I told her that no taxi showed up. She hung up the phone on me, and told me to 'go back to my party'.  There was no party, it was just me and my boyfriend waiting for a cab (we were from out of town).  It was a very cold night. The cab driver showed up and started driving away before I was fully in the car (I almost fell out), and before my boyfriend was even close to getting in.  This company gives Albany a bad reputation.  They are rude and dangerous.
