Most disgusting service I have ever received! Appalled!! Would avoid at every cost. Staff at call centre had an awful attitude, that so I had to re ring to ask who had taken my call to rudely be presented with a non professional ' saa you wanna speak to ma manager du ya!!!' which when did speak to the manager he was to busy shouting at other staff in the background and not focusing on me the customer, was told then he wasn't the complaints manager and my complaint would be passed on, and I would receive a call back... As of yet no call received. Absolutely awful!!
