great for the customers. not so good for the drivers. they will openly rip the drivers off, not paying them the money that is owed to them, until they cannot afford to stay the any longer!. even though they are self employed they are told when they can and cannot work, what cars to drive, cannot do school runs,cannot get seats covered,forced to take btecs otherwise they cannot do hotel/corperate work,need i keep going on!

I ordered a taxi from West Quay and the telephonist was very helpful. I was told I would get ringback when my car was either outside or approaching my house!
Top marks. Better than Radio Taxis or the hackneys.

Thank you for your comments , thats most unusual to hear such feedback , mostly we are late, rude and overcharge when we get the chance ! Any way I must dash as Im far too busy trying to create a monopoly on the contract for the cruise ships ! toodlepip duckies
