I have lived in devonport for a long time . my wife to be is the landlady at the crown and column pub for 5 yrs and more . there seems to be a ignorant little person who i have come across twice in my 24yrs of using your services, only in the past 2 yrs or so have i ever been spoken too in such an abrupt manner . now i come to hear that this person is the bosses son . i find this really sad  and annoying , ther is no need for him to think that he is above everyone else that makes the company work so well .the drivers are polite courtieous and normally on time ,. the phonestaff are the same , this silly little person needs to work out how to be polite and courtieous to the people who have paid to put him where he is now . as they say in liverpool . (CALM DOWN  CALM DOWN )
