Used this taxi com for 18 years not had a problem all ways on time and friendly cheaper than most others, what else do you want.

The worse taxi company ever.
We booked a taxi from them to pick us up in norwich to take us back to the train station, on the phone we said there would be 5 of us, and they said it wouldn't be a problem and they would book the mini bus for us. When in came, it was just a car, so 5 of us would not fit in. The driver, did not try to call another taxi so we could go in two lots, he just said the mini bus was fully booked, and drove off, with out apologizing. To add insult into injury, he spun the wheels as he drove off, flicking dirt and tarmac up us! After leaving us (We are only 15 years old!) stranded on the outskirts of Norwich, with less than 20 minutes to walk over 3k! (One of us was also wearing high heels) to catch the last train home.
After trying to run about 1k, we though we wasn't going to make it, but lucky we saw another taxi, who nicely offered to take us, in a proper taxi what seats 6. The other taxi company was called 'Taxi Link' with the number 01603 666555. If you ever need a taxi call them, they where nice and friendly. This taxi company 'kestral taxis' can burn in hell! After being so rude, and ruining some 15 year olds evening out.
