Company background

At Skyline we have a fleet of 300 vehicles we are the largest taxi operator in the whole of Buckinghamshire, established in 1985 we are also the longest running company in the area, this has been made possible by providing a professional reliable quality of service. All our vehicles are regularly checked to ensure our high standards are maintained. We pride ourselves on reliability with around 100 cars on the road at all times we can almost guarantee a response time of less than 15 minutes even at peak times.

This coupled with our IVR (automated booking system) means our operators are available to deal with any queries or issues you may have at all times. Our modern call centre handles over 2 million calls a year and is operational 24 hours a day 365 days a year which means we are always available if you need us.

Our account system works by setting up an account number and then you can choose authorized users and/or a password which have to be quoted when account bookings are made. We then send an itemized invoice at the end of every month which you can pay by BACS or cheque. Currently we have accounts with the many government local authorities, large businesses, conference centers and hotels whom are all satisfied with our service. We have always been at the forefront of cab technology with all our drivers having GPS and satellite navigation, meaning we always know where are cars are and they know where they are going. In April we will also have a quick-book online system up and running.
