taxiquoter.co.uk is a SCAM!!! They took my £50 and never replied my calls nor e-mails after leaving me STRANDED in the middle of the night for 2 HOURS waiting for the taxi I ordered! I wasted so much money getting in touch with them over the phone only to talk to the same receptionist who said nobody is in the office at the moment. I called everyday at different times for a whole week without success. PLEASE NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY TO TAXIQUOTER.CO.UK! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE TAXI SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU! SCAMMER ALERT!

yes , i totally agree with all you guys. They are a big bunch of crooks. Recently they conned me and my friend....never ever trust them. Once when they get the money from you they totally change in their attitude....dont know what to do about m

The company trade under the name of cybernet Media Ltd, and the guys name is yasser hussain. Payment always goes to this company and they have a number of taxi trading names, I paid for a minibus in november it cost £130, and I've not seen anything back from them and they now just hang up on me when they answer. But I will Not be giving up. I have reported this to trading standard, the payment service (paypoint.net) and also the Internet Fraud association. So if there is anyone else out there then make sure you do this too and we can stop these ba~@>rds stealing our money.

I am still waiting for a promised refund (about 6 weeks overdue), for a cancelled booking for an unavailable taxi ride fom Glasgow Airport to central Scotland, and I do not get a response to my e-mail enquiries regarding the present status of my request for a refund. This is not good business practice in my estimation.
