Flight Monitoring is done free of charge for all bookings. Drivers are dispatched 15 minutes after the actual landing time. On airport pickups, a free waiting time of 30 minutes is offered for travellers. For the comfort of children, child seats are offered at a negligible additional costs if need be on request. Additional stops and diversions on the way are made at some additional cost. Exclusive airports also operate a Free Vehicle upgrade policy that is subject to the availability of vehicles.
