Would not use these taxis ever again, one of their cars pulled right across West Derby Road in front of me when I braked & sounded my horn the driver then tried to run me off the road. At the time he had a female passenger holding a baby in the back, when I was next to this driver at the next junction he just started swearing and shouting at me, again he then tried to cut across me & force me off the road with this I had to go and find a safe place to stop as my wife & kids were petrified.

left me waiting for 40 mins after 3:15am, i called them back after 15 and told em i was a girl waiting on my own and the response was an unhelpful, "i never gave you an estimate, i still havent got you a taxi, keep waiting," by which point it was too late to call another firm coz there was a 30+ min wait everywhere
