COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND HEARTLESS!!!! - Left me stranded for over an hour, despite suffering from an asthma attack and promising a lift. Ended up sharing a taxi home with a friend (who booked from a different firm over half an hour later!!!!) - and still recieved no apology!!!

hi tanya you would be better off using another firm this firm has been known to be unreliable they only do single fares sometimes coz thats how bad they are and not liked in cwmbran other firms my be double fare but atleast you will be safe

phoned a taxi for straight away they said ok but was still waiting 20mins later and didnt care when i phone back so i would avoid at all cost unless you want to be late
