Booked a taxi and it never turned up when we called they said five minutes and when we rang ten minutes later again they said it would be another twenty minutes as they hadnt dispatched the car yet

Not the cheapest, perhaps - although not much in it - but the most reliable I have found. I have been using this company for nearly 20 years, they are the best in the business in Bristol
