Dear Sirs,
I took a taxi from the Dante to Malpensa airport on the 21st February for which I paid using my credit card. Whilst I was quoted a reasonable price via my hotel of around CHF 150 -160 I have noted that the Taxi Company (Taxi-Aguiar Mario, Vigonello.) has charged my credit card CHF 270. I therefore believe that I have been cheated and whilst I do not attach any blame to the Dante I have advised this hotel not to use this Company again. Indeed on my next regular visit I shall not be using a taxi again unless I can obtain some satisfaction through registering this complaint.
Can you help me?
