This servicre is very poor:
1/ Dispatcher (so called control) does not speak any english.
2/ They do not pick up the phones (one has to hold the line 15 minutes).
3/ Example of today - She said 5 minutes, then she said hassa, meaning will come now.
4/ Then just ignored, no information, nothing. I called, she does not pick up. At the end - "no taxi in Khartoum" - that is what she said. Keeping somebody 40 minutes promissing.
5/ They just drive with opened windows, taxies are full of dust, they are getting the shape of Amjad - dirty and dusty.
