The Taxi Jove driver arrived on time but he overcharged us and became abusive at the airport when asked about the extra charges for luggage. Even though the website clearly promises that there are no surcharges for bags, we were charged more than ten Euros for luggage. The web site also provides an estimate of 20-25 Euros; we had to pay 40, and the company failed to respond to my email complaining about the rude, belligerent behavior of the driver and the overcharge. I would not recommend Taxi Jove. There are certainly better alternatives and no shortage of taxis in Barcelona.
