SHD 9245K Ok I want to complain about this cab driver his car plate number is SHD9245K. I was at toapayoh and wanting to go to anchorvale. When I have boarded the cab, he took a very big round to CTE. Then on CTE he didn't exit at exit 15 which turns into yio Chu kang rd leading to anchor vale quickly. Instead he drove all the way to TPE which is towards changi airport then he turns at sengkang east. this is really a very long way to reach my destination. Transcab Please do something. I await your reply.

Incident Date: 29 Nov 2012 Incident Time: 745pm to 800pm Location of pick up: SPC petrol station along Jalan Bukit Merah Road towards direction of City To: Whom it may concern (Bothered) Dear Sir/Mdm, On the above incident date/time/location, I boarded a taxi under your company. The taxi plate was SHD 72D. Once I boarded the taxi, I indicated my destination. The driver wasn't sure so seeing that he has a GPS I gave him the postal code. As the cab move towards the CTE highway direction after passing by Jln Membina, the driver was mentioned he worried he don't have time. So I asked is it because you are changing shift? He replied yes. So I told him to just dropped me by the side then. While filtering to the side, he say just pay he SGD 4.00 will do (The meter was showing 3.40 and not including a surcharge of 0.85). Without thinking too much, I gave him a SGD 5 but he didn't return me the change which I thought I must have calculate it wrongly. Now after the incident I took another cab home which can be verified by your Transcab driver of SHB9522Y. Recalling back the incident, I think I have just been con by a thief in your company. First, if the driver couldn't make it to my destination why does he still charge me the fees? When I got into another cab, I have to fork out another flag down rate again! Why didn't he return my change if I gave him a SGD5? I like the company to explain to me if the above action by your driver is appropriate. I have engaged with my lawyer friend and we will be pressing charges against the driver as well as the company who has failed to properly educated their drivers if such situation arises. The summary:- 1) A driver who has GPS yet need a passenger to guide him to use that piece of equipment so obviously he is a Stupid human being 2) Charges the fare even though he has not even travel 5% of my intended destination so obviously he is a con man or swinger out to cheat his passenger. 3) Trancab being the company failed to enforce drivers to provide good customer relationship services 4) Transcab employee allowed to perform swinger's conduct. I am giving Transcab 1 week based on this feedback channel server date and time to respond with explanation and compensation. If the above is not performed, I will send the following info to the relevant ministry, authories, other taxi companies for their case study exercise as well as to lodge a court case complaint.

its pointless even if u call your lawyer,i have been your shoes before.normally i dont sit trans cab or chrysler,UNLESS its my godbrother but since we're consider strangers here i cant disclose what company he's driving.

i am extreme disappointed with your taxi service ever since i had deep impression of trans cab toyota wish SHD 5530P,today is another driving Chervelot SHD 9435 D without seeing my mum getting into the taxi & drove off slight she got hurt right the end!i promise u here if next time round i sit your taxi,i will complaint to lta!!very poor service among taxi companies

an incident was happend that My wife travel from yishun ring road to yishun MRT at 9-9.30 am at 18 with baby. the baby two bags and a trolly with a mobile are placed in car rear soon after drop wife near to YISHUN MRT driver taken car without drop the baby trolly and bags . after complain serveral time trans cab doesn't track the driver.

for my case is lucky the taxi driver pass me back the things but THE SERVICE STAFF is so so so so rude. it took me like one hour to get through to them of coz i am angry and hot especially when the thing in the bag is very very expensive. so i say fcuking hell why you guys so slow in picking up the phone. and was grumpy coz of her attitude coz she as a service staff didnt behave like one good example of customer service oriented. she bang the phone down after calling me rude and vulgar when she is the one behaving like some rude person. no wonder why i dont like to book my cab in their company. but the rest of the staff was very friendly tho. she SHOULD LEARN FROM THEM. two cent worth of complain :)
