Boarded Taxi SHB679L from Yishun Ring Rd (in front of blk 243) to Woodlands Dr 50 at about 8.30pm on 14/May.  My daughter gave instruction for the driver to turn left at the traffic junction.  Afterwhich I was busy talking to my kids and did not realise that the driver did not make a right turn at the next junction (blk 296) but went straight instead (towards Chong Pang).  My daughter realised after halfway through the junction and requested him to turn right which I told my daughter it was to late to made the right turn.  What surprised me was the driver spoke in a very rude and angry tone that we should him told him earlier.  That statement made me even more angry as I rebuked that he should have checked with me if he is not sure of the way.  He replied loudly "if you want to lead the way! Lead all the way! Do not just lead half way!'  I was already being put off by his attitude and asked him to stop at blk 123, also telling him that I will not pay and shall made an official complain of his bad attitude.  Upon alighted with my kids, he shouted through the passenger window twice "$3.40" which I chose to ignore as I was already fuming.  Just before he drove off, he scolded 'idiot' loudly.
I had been taking taxi regulary from Yishun to Woodlands for the past 6 years.  Never had I encountered such bad and rude attitude driver!

Saw your taxi SHC 5614, red and white, dashing across the traffic light junction at about 102pm this aftn at the junction of Beach Road and slip road of Rochor (From ECP).
The green man and green light was already on, and pedestrains were already about to cross. BUT your taxi driver dashed across.
There was a lady seated at the front passanger seat but she is not a customer. (The window on the driver side was down and I caght up with your taxi at the traffic junction in front of Prince Cinema or Shaw Tower)
This driver of your was irresponsible and may endanger the life of other road users.
This is for the management to investigate and help to reduce road accident due to rackless drivers, especially professional/vocational drivers.

Hi, I would like to book the taxi from Whaompo to JB Senai airport on 19 Sept.Need to know the charge rate.
