Premier taxi overcharge on taxi fare and POOR service. I have taken a taxi ride on 450pm from end of ang mo kio ave 10 to lorong chuan. Usually I also take the other company eg smrt/comfort to there on that time as I have to give tuition on 5pm, the rate is always around $4-4.20,depends on trafic. This SHB 8910 driver over charge me with peak hour rate when I reached lorong chuan, he press the meter counter and after that the receipt printed out its stated 6.65! I was so shocked cos the time showed my boarding time is 5pm-5:06pm. I told the taxi driver that my clock not even 5 o'clock yet how come you can charge me with peak hour rate. This arrogant driver claimed that its my clock problem and the setting is done by his company, so he has to charge me with peak hour rate. I am so furious because I am a tuition teacher and I always be on time to my tutees place. Even I take mrt, buses (withe the help of IRIS) and other company taxi, my time is same as the NEWS reporting time. Does this driver also claiming that other transport system timing are wrong??? What kind of service is that. I also write into the company and I am not sure whether it will get any response not. I dun mind to pay more as I am a frequent passenger for taxi. But with this attitude, its really make me so angry and I will write to the press if not get any response in 5days.

Rude coarse man, not a bit professional ethics. I speak to take the expressway, and was supposed to go PKE, but the driver asked me to turn left or go straight, because I am not very familiar with automobi told by left but who knows just turn is discovered the wrong way. Driver asked me to do not turn back, that I ask if back will be very RaoLu? The driver told not, then I speak to OK, who know go for a long time and fewer than PKE, why so far has not yet come. He flew into a temper told me didn't you say you left? Results was stopped at about me not to walk you to tell me what should walk can? Excuse me, are you the driver or the driver. Customers want is the first-class service, who is not willing to spend a lot of money walking around. That's no moral driver hope the company not recruit him, insult company's reputation. Taxi driver of SHD1510Y (silver grey) was rude and arrogant. I had boarded the taxi at Changi airport on May 19 at about 4pm to go to east coast road. On arrival I paid the fare and retrieved the bag from the booth. The driver appeared and accused me of scratching the bumper when I took the luggage out. I saw two dirtmarks whcih I think could easily be removed but he insisted I had scratched the bumper, got angry, and began insulting and scolding me. He even dared me to write to his company to complain. I did not examine the car before I boarded it so how could he be so sure the dirtmarks were caused by me. Why can't he tell me in a nice way instead of  accusing, scolding and insulting me right from the beginning? I have never come across such an arrogant, rude and unreasonable cab driver.

I may left behind my blackberry in Premier cab # SHC 6388G on 11th February at 06.04 am (Receipt no. : 684) while coming from Fairmont Hotel to Changi Airport.

Please check it for me whether I leave it in taxi.

Hi,
I forgot my HTC touch PDA in Premier cab while coming from hougang point to sengkang rivervale driver.
I neither have receipt or taxi number.But i remember that cab driver very well.He was about 61-62 old thin chinese man wearing black handglove in one hand.
I have very imp personal data in that PDA and want to get it back at any cost.
Can anybody tell me how to locate that guy ?
Lodged complaint with premier cab but no reply as of now

I took Premier Taxi SHC6153S just now at around 11:30pm....we didn't know Premier Taxi doesn't accept Nets or credit card, so when he was driving we asked the driver Tan Nee Wan if we could pay through either modes. When I exclaimed surprise that I couldn't, I got a very sarcastic reply from him: "who asked you not to bring enough cash with you leh? why didn't you bring cash when you take cab leh? so how? you go find an atm to pay loh..." My friend and I were not angry at the lack of Nets or credit card payment modes, but more of the awful way he reacted to our questions. I shall not take a Premier cab if I could next time

This bloodly taxi driver stole my phone while i went back to take my cash as i don have enough cash to pay. He told me to put my belongings in the taxi as he scare i will run away! But end up is he took my handphone.OMG, this kind of incident cannot be forgiven! And is ard 5.30am when i board the taxi from clementi to sengkang.

Took a cab from Changi,to my shock i wasn't welcome,only word of cabby mouth was vulgarity to another cabby via intercom.
Not forget his word of racisism..
Can't believe taxi was of premium class.....

Never take a cab from Premier, especially SHB 8745 B silver cab (night shift). I ran out of cash and kindly asked the driver to stop the meter as my brother brought the money down. But he rudely retorted saying that he won't stop it unless I give him the full amount (in which my fare was later increased by a dollar). What kind of service is this? He was crude, crass, and the epitome of bad service. The worst cab company in Singapore. Don't ever take it. Obviously he wasn't trained.
