I don't think they know any customer service in their operator. I called to get a taxi for one of our patient and the guy who took my call said that they will send one right away. I told the operator that the patient will be waiting outside, in front of the building so it'll be easier for both of them. So, patient waited outside.  Five minutes later, I got a recorded confirmation msg on phone that the cab arrived but few seconds after that, our patient came back and said that no taxi came by.  So I called back the operator and surely it was the same operator. Told him nicely that our patient was still waiting for a cab (I was being very nice!!!) but he was so RUDE and he RAISED his voice while I was talking to him. He assumed that the patient wasn't there or wasn't able to go outside on time to catch the cab even though I already told him that the patient was outside. Anyways, I don't think I will use their service in the future.
