Kim Cruz about MGE

Rode one of MGE cabs earlier frm Makati to Malate. The driver was just so fond of his brakes he kept on pushing it, like really, really down to the floor. And take note, that was while in a 80km/hr cruise (?). He was not cautious in taking sharp turns. Parang wala nang bukas kung maka-liko sa mga kanto. We also almost got hit by another car in Valero St. since he was speeding in a very busy intersection. I got motion sickness from that 30min travel so before I got off the cab, I told Mamang Driver, "Kuya, mag-ingat ka naman sa pagda-drive". However, he did seem to mind what I said, after I shut his door, he screeched his wheels and sped off. No thank yous or apologies or anything like that. Rude & discourteous public transport drivers are a huge deal to me so I called their main office, and spoke to Ms. Cynthia to make them aware of their driver's attitude and driving skills. I would like to commend Ms. Cynthia for being open-minded and accommodating. We have spoken for a few minutes and the incident was eased by Ms. Cynthia's assurance that they will look into the matter. She was apologetic and very friendly. Should you have any experience with MGE taxis that turned out not to be a nice one, don't hesitate to call the Company up. I'm pretty sure they won't let these things pass. Thank you Ms. Cynthia of MGE Taxi Corp. :)
