MGE Taxi,
A gift was left at the taxi just earlier at 0020H mid night. My girlfriend was unable to get the plate number and the body number of the taxi.It was suppose to be for a mother's day present. I would like to ask for your kindness if the Taxi driver can send it back to the owner or contact me in my number +639328430438

Dear MGE Management,
Just earlier from now 0300am that when i called this number (02)3636096, one of your contact number posted in the sight for customer relation service, she answered me at first but then when i was talking about the issue mentioned above, she started to act like sleeping and i could here every breath that she does (inhaling and exhailing as if she was asleep) this was a very unprofessional manner and a company disgrace. It is so disappointing that this lady is not perfomring her responsibilities... I hope MGE management could act on my complaint and also if stil possible that the taxi driver would be honest enought to return the item back to us.

Just to add up... the item left behind was placed in a paper bag. The driver was between 30-45 y.o. I hope that he would be honest enough to return it. His route durign that time was going to Signal - Taguig area during that time.
