Under no circumstances should you pay this firm any money in advance. You'll never see your money again and your taxi will never arrive. The guy running it is a crook and a con man. He is dodging lots of people in Oxfordshire who are chasing him for money, which explains why he keeps changing his address. His name is Vincent Bernard Otim, but he also uses the name Michael Jones, or even his fictitious brother Timothy. He is very plausible, but that typifies a good con man. Don't use him!
