janaki about Orange Cabs

I've booked a cab on 9 July 7.30 PM from A G colony to Kachiguda RS.  Howevr the cab was sent at 8.00 PM and the driver had least idea of the topography of Hyderabad leave about Kachiguda station.  after doing rounds around Ameerpet upto 8.30 PM, he told my fathr who was travelling in the car that he did not know the route.  i repeatedly asked the Orang cabs to please guide the driver as my parents had to catch train at 9.00 PM.  My parents aged 65 and 60 had tough time asking the route and atlast by the time they reached the station, the train had left.  just because of the negligence of Orange cabs, they had to shell down another 2000 for Bus tickets in addition to the loss of rail tickets and much agony.  I request orange cabs to please train your drivers before recruiting them and to attend the pleas of customers in addition to collecting money.  Inspite of charging 250 for a mere 11 km drive, the service was so bad that we ended up with such a bad experience.I had booked orange cabs with a view to provide safe and timely journey to station but now with this experience, i would not even utter the word orange
