Mr. Anonymous about City Yellow Cab

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was told a cab was coming in 20 min. No show. I call explain that no cab has arrived and was told that it had come and gone. I had been watching in the window for the cab and it never came. I was then told another one would come and that i should turn the music down to hear the cab. When I preceded to explain that I had been watching in the window for the cab and was hung up on. I called again explained that I had been hung up on and the operator for the company asked "did it sound like this.... CLICK". I was treated horribly. This company has poor customer service and no respect what so ever.
